The NEO VAP' AUTO automatic filling, capping, and labeling machine is particularly suitable for medium and large production runs.
The basic machine includes one "bottle" format and one "cap" format.
All parts necessary to process these formats are included in the base price.
All additional formats can be processed on the machine using appropriate formats.
The machine is equipped with:
- 1 "bottle" format,
- 1 "cap" format,
- 1 bottle feed bowl, diameter 10 mm. 600 mm,
- 1 cork feed bowl diam. 450 mm,
- 1 automatic ejection system for lying bottles,
- 1 gear pump,
- 1 camera for detecting reducers in caps,
- 1 pick and place system with pre-tightening of caps,
- 1 stainless steel conveyor belt,
- 1 electric screw driver,
- 1 12" color touchscreen for machine management,
- 1 protective casing with safety contact,

Bottle feeding
The bottles are automatically fed from a 600 mm diameter stainless steel centrifugal bowl.
The bottles are accumulated and then automatically placed in the star.

A presence cell The bottle is placed on the machine: no bottle = no indexing.
A bottle feeder automatically feeds the bottles into the centrifuge bowl. (Optional)
Filling
Filling is performed by a gear pump.
The filling column is mounted on a pneumatic lift and lowerer with a 50 mm stroke to allow dosing into the bottle.
The height of the dosing column is electrically adjustable via the touchscreen.
Screw Cap Installation
The pick and place system positions the caps by automatically pre-screwing the bottles. This feature ensures perfect placement of the cap on the bottle.
The 450 mm diameter feed bowl is equipped with a mechanical cap selection system to prevent caps from being inserted the wrong way around (the height adjustment of the bowl and the pick and place system is electrical).
A cell checks for the presence of the cap before the screwing station.

Labeling machine
