WM-H 1000 4-brush horizontal washing machine
Automatic glass washing and drying machine.
It consists of:
1. 1000 mm motorized inlet module
2. rinsing, washing and drying module
3. 800 mm motorized outlet module with the last idle roll.
Minimum dimensions of the glass to be washed 250 x 20 mm.
Glass thickness from 3 to 12 mm with motorized adjustment by jacks with display for measurement.
Height of the working table 920 mm.
Transport speed 1 - 3 m/min with inverter.

Vulcanized rollers with a diameter of 51 mm and a wheelbase of 100 mm.
The second module consists of three sections:
1. rinsing zone with a row of nozzles on top and disposable water.
2. washing zone (parts in contact with water are made of stainless steel) with two pairs of Ø 150 mm cylindrical nylon brushes. The bristles of the upper brushes are 0.15 mm, while the
