BUTTER MACHINE
Foil wrapping machine (forming-feeding-packing) which can be used for packing products like yeast, butter, lard, margarine, tvorog or cottage cheese into paper-based aluminium foil or pergamyn. Sequence of the machine: foil feed from a reel of foil, imprint position (option, date coder excluded), foil cutting, wrap formation and insertion in the turnplate cavity, product feed by butter / solid yeast (not melted) or any other product, wrap folding, portion pressing and heatsealing, lifting out and ejecting the portions, transferring the portions on the exit conveyor belt, outfeed conveyor belt. The format on the machine is 50 gram, 46 x 32 x 35 mm, bottom folding. The product is feed from a stainless steel hopper with pushing down screw inside (motor 1,5 kW - n2: ± 25 rpm). The machine is equiped with a photocell on the paper infeed, to control the exact position of the print on the foil. If there is no foil in the cell, the machine will stop. The speed can be adjusted by a frequency converter up to 100 packages per minute. Polycarbonate protection cabinet around the machine.
