Extrusion screw with a diameter of 100 mm and an L/D ratio of 32, equipped with a barrier zone.
Hydraulic filter change for continuous operation.
1000 mm wide head unit with wide tooling.
Cooling cylinder and cutting unit to solidify the film and cut it into strips of the desired size.
Hot-air stretching chamber between rollers at slow and fast speeds, allowing stretching up to 15 times.
Needle fibrillation unit to ensure the texture of the stretched fibers.
Fibrillated fibers are wound onto a 16-unit automatic winding support, guaranteeing uniform yarn tension.
