Vecoplan Single Shaft Shredder

High Torque Drive,
100 HP Motor,
15” rotor with 60 cutters and 29 Nip Cutters.
The rotor has a variable speed drive from 162 to 400 rpm which allows it to run a variety of material types and packaging. There is also an option to water cool the rotor to allow higher speed output of low melt materials. New cutters and blades installed. There is a 2-speed hydraulic ram.

This is a Film and Fiber Single Shaft Shredder - it has a special film and fiber rotor with nip cutters between the other blades - used for film and fiber material so it grabs the film and the nip cutters cut it - does not wrap around the rotor.

This offer includes a 36” x 20’ infeed conveyor and a 20” wide x 15’ long hockey stick exit conveyor from the shredder to feed a granulator.
This conveyor has a tunnel metal detector on it.
Also included is a large 8’ x 9’ control panel. It has controls for all components of a line.
There is a 90-day mechanical warranty on this shredder.
