Description

The PE 300 plastic regranulation and recycling line was manufactured in 2011 by the Chinese manufacturer Zhangjiagang Wuhe Machinery Co. LTD. Used in the process of processing and manufacturing components, the extruder for plastics can produce up to 300 kg of items from various types of materials. The complete PE and PP plastic extrusion line consists of compactor, screw, cylinder, conveying system, heating system and temperature control panel.

The plastic is heated to a maximum temperature of 300°C in the 11 heating zones of the plastic extruder controlled by thermoregulators. In the next stage of the process, the extruder forces the material with appropriate plasticity through a 100 mm diameter screw mounted in a cylinder with protection against abrasion and rusting. When the material is fully extruded, the process ends with the molding of the plastic by the machine head.
